Kathy has 10 years of experience in management and 5 years in human resources. She has a passion for connecting top talent with our clients, conducting research and training.

 

Kathy has a heart for serving others and volunteers with nonprofit organizations.  Recently, Kathy and her dog Dusty, have become a Certified Caring Canine team. Together, they make visits to local hospitals.

 

Kathy earned her MSHRM and her B.A. in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Kacye has more than 7 years of experience in human resources, working in the government and non-profit sector. Her expertise includes human resources administration, organizational development, training, risk management & payroll management.   

 

Kacye earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Marist College and a B.S. in Criminal Justice. Kacye enjoys most any outdoor activity including running, hiking, tennis & spending as much time as possible pool or beachside.

Rachel’s practice focuses on HR legal solutions, best practices, and compliance.  She is a licensed attorney and a graduate of Texas A&M University School of Law. 

Rachel is an active member and has served on the boards at Tarrant County Bar Association Women’s Section, Fort Worth Tri Club and currently serves on the Board at Fort Worth Christian School. 

 

For fun, Rachel enjoys endurance sports and has finished multiple marathons and triathlons, including the New York City Marathon and five half Ironman races.

Jazmin provides a unique combination of Psychology and behavior understanding to PPR’s people-focused initiatives.  As a certified StrengthsFinder Coach by the Gallup organization, Jazmin facilitates organizational cohesiveness through training in this methodology. 

 

Jazmin holds an M.S. in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Psychology from Austin College.

 

Jazmin enjoys fostering animals through Dallas Pets Alive! as well as finding new and exciting restaurants in Dallas and beyond.

Gabriela is a passionate HR subject matter expert with a focus on strategy, operational excellence, high-level decision making and overall implementation of best practices.  

 

Gabriela is a member of DallasHR, SHRM, and the Dallas Regional Chamber.  She also participates in several causes that support low-income communities, women’s causes, children at risk and conservation efforts.

 

When not enjoying time at PPR, Gabriela is a foodie who loves to travel, run, snorkel, and spend time with her family and dog, Harley.

Maegan provides administrative support for the President & CEO, Consultants and Recruiters, and assists in the coordination and preparation of company events. Maegan is passionate about providing excellent customer and internal service through project management, development, administration, and digital media presence.

 

Maegan holds a B.S. in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University.

 

In her free time, you can find Maegan at the climbing gym, walking her dogs on the Katy Trail, or exploring local art museums.

Dana Taylor has more than fifteen years of management experience and executive leadership. In the recent decade, Dana transitioned into the chemical manufacturing in the energy sector.  She served as a senior-level executive for a variety of business interests, including companies generating revenue just under one billion dollars annually.  Dana has supported several non-profit organizations as part of her consulting role with PPR. 

Dana is experienced in compensation with both for-profit and non-profit organizations.  Areas of specialty include the full scope of compensation and total rewards, compliance, building, implementing and aligning strategic business plans with tactical strategies, supporting and streamlining M&A activities, as well as designing and implementing marketing plans for new business ventures.  

Dana graduated with a B.A. in English from California State University Long Beach and earned an MBA from Western Governor’s University in Austin, Texas.

Cindy enjoys reading, baking and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs.

 

Cindy is originally from New England, so she a big fan of all New England sports teams – especially the Patriots and Red Sox!
